What platform do you build your websites on?
I use WordPress because it’s a flexible, reliable and widely used content management system - a perfect fit for micro and small businesses.
WordPress makes it possible to create anything from simple one-page websites to complex multi-page sites or fully functional online stores.
For online stores I use WooCommerce - a secure and versatile WordPress plugin for selling products or services.
How long does it take to build a website?
The timeframe for building a website depends on its scope and on how quickly we receive the necessary content (texts, images and requirements) from the client.
As a general guideline, the timeframe is usually something like this:
For a simple website (e.g. a one-pager), the turnaround is up to about 2 weeks.
For a multi-page website, the timeframe is usually up to 3 weeks.
An online store may take up to 4 weeks, depending on products and features.
Do you also provide logo and design services?
Yes - I can also help with creating a visual identity, including logo design, color palette and a simple style guide that fits your website and brand.
Logo design is normally not included in the standard package and involves an additional fee and extra time.

Do you also help with content and copywriting?
Yes - I can support you with both texts and images, but the main content of the website should be prepared before the project starts.
Texts:
I expect the texts to be prepared or at least drafted before the project starts. If needed, I can edit them to make them clearer and more readable (e.g. language corrections and logical structure). Full copywriting can be arranged separately and is subject to an additional fee.
Images:
Please provide images in appropriate size and quality. The price usually includes processing up to 20 images (e.g. cropping and basic adjustments). If there are more images or you need design elements, these will be treated as a separate service.
Is it possible to pay in parts?
Yes. I take a 50% upfront payment at the start of the project and the remaining 50% upon completion, prior to publishing the final version.
This ensures clarity and a sense of security for both parties.
Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost to build a website or online store?
Pricing varies according to the scope of the project and the functionality needed.
• The price for a simple website (e.g. a one-page business card site) starts from €400.
• A multi-page website starts from €800.
• E-pood - alates 1400 eurost
Is it possible to pay in parts?
Yes. I take a 50% upfront payment at the start of the project and the remaining 50% upon completion, prior to publishing the final version.
This ensures clarity and a sense of security for both parties.
Are domain registration and hosting included in the price?
The price does not include domain or web hosting.
If you don’t yet have a suitable service provider, I can assist you in selecting and setting up the best option.
The cost of the domain and hosting depends on the chosen service provider (e.g. Veebimajutus, Zone).
Are premium plugins or features included in the price?
The basic package for a website or online store covers features based on free or open-source plugins.
If you’d like additional features - such as a booking system with payment integration, a multilingual site or custom design that requires a premium plugin - I’ll inform you in advance and help you purchase and set up the necessary plugin.
Maintenance & Support
What happens if something goes wrong with the website later?
If your website is under my maintenance, I regularly monitor its performance and act quickly if anything goes wrong.
Without a maintenance plan, I’m still available to diagnose and resolve problems, but this work is handled under a separate agreement and pricing.
Most small technical problems can be fixed promptly - from broken links and error messages to plugins needing updates.
Do you offer website maintenance services?
Yes - I offer a monthly maintenance service for WordPress websites, which includes:
• Software updates (WordPress core, plugins and theme)
• Regular website backups
• Security checks and performance monitoring
The maintenance service helps prevent problems and ensures your website stays functional, secure and fast.
Can you also help with a website that you didn’t build?
Yes, I can assist even if the website was not originally created by me.
Before starting any work, I carry out an initial review to assess the site’s technical condition, theme and plugins. Based on this, I determine whether and to what extent I can help - whether it’s changes, fixes or ongoing maintenance.
When a website requires a significant rebuild, I provide an honest evaluation and, if appropriate, recommend whether it’s more sensible to develop the existing site further or begin with a new one.
Does the work include training or a user guide?
Yes - at the end we’ll have a video call where we go through the parts that are most important to you.
If you wish, I can also provide video tutorials at the end of the project to help you manage the site yourself - for example editing text, adding images or publishing blog posts.
My aim is to make sure you feel comfortable managing your website yourself, without needing outside help for every minor update.
